Denise McDonald began her journey to create Outsource Virtual Solutions LLC in 2012, when she first started seeking employment at home. She came across Arise Virtual Solutions in 2013 and was a bit skeptical because she had never heard of it before. One day she decided to give it a try. It would change her life forever.
Denise was able to start her first opportunity with Arise by servicing a tax software company. Over the phone she assisted customers with their tax questions and helped them to process their tax returns. She never felt more free, in control and well paid for her services. After the tax season, she began to move on to other clients to test the waters. Keep in mind, a Client Support Agent is not forced to stay with a client. You have the option to move on to new opportunities that best suits you and your needs.
Outsource Virtual Solutions LLC offers it's Client Support Agents the ability to work from home, assisting customers from companies we ALL have heard of. By knowing the clients that you work for, what they do, how long they have been in business, the types of products or services they offer you get a better feel of what you will be doing and begin to enjoy it. The funny thing is, most of us were or are customers of majority of the clients that work with Arise.

Arise brings together a large variety of clients that offers customer service, sales or tech support positions to the CSP's that work through Arise's partners, such as Outsource Virtual Solutions LLC. With the range of clients that work with Arise it allows Client Support Agents the opportunity to have a choice as to who they work with; the hours they work; the type of position you would like to train for. All of the decisions are up to you.
